After explaining the difference between generative AI, which answers questions, and AI agents, which actually carry out tasks, he covered the following points:

  • Manual data entry and transcription on a PC can be handed over to AI agents without modifying the systems a company already uses
  • The work best suited to automation involves manual entry or transcription, follows nearly the same steps every time, and relies on decision rules that can be put into words
  • Cases from manufacturing, construction, real estate and professional services firms that automated order entry, invoice preparation and document sorting

Talk to Water X Technologies About Automating Your Work with AI

Tasks such as keying the contents of paper documents or PDFs into Excel or a business system, or spending hours every month on tallies and paperwork, may be ones that AI agents can take over. Water X Technologies first learns how the work is done on site, then checks what can be achieved with your actual data before providing a quote.
